Ingredients:

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 3 tablespoons milk
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined—don’t overmix.
- Shape the mixture into a small loaf and place it in a microwave-safe dish.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (70°C).
